Welcome to the Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

Please consider reviewing FAQ section of the xEnviro User Manual before opening a ticket. Your inquiry may be well known and the answer with a solution already presented in the User Manual.

Please note that we identify your product based on your email therefore we ask you to register under the same email as for the product purchase and activation. In some occasions support account activation email fails to reach you. In this case consider checking your spam folder or sending us an email to support@xenviro.net so we can manually activate your account.

If you are experiencing activation difficulties please include the following information in your ticket: your email address, activation key and proof of purchase.

For xEnviro general issue reports please include both log.txt and xenvirolog.txt files located in the X-Plane root folder, attach screenshots or small video depicting the issue. Additionally please provide geographical place of occurrence or the nearest airport name or code and a general summary of preceding actions taken before the issue occurrence.
